All rooms are located outside of the main farmhouse.

All of our rooms have flatscreen televisions and tea and coffee making facilities

Some of our rooms have a microwave and fridge. If you would like these facilities please enquire when booking and please be aware that these rooms are popular, so require advance booking and are highly subject to availability.

We have ample parking for guests, and also offer free car parking for guests travelling from Gatwick for short trips.

We have free wi-fi in all of our rooms.

Normal check in time is between 4-6pm. We are a family run and therefore we normally do not accept late check-ins, however we can do in special circumstances, please enquire when booking. We can also accept early check ins (popular with wedding guests wanting to get ready before a local wedding) but please mention this when booking, to make sure this service is available. We try and accommodate special requests where we can and with advance notice, as we know it can make a huge difference to your trip,

Our check out time is 10.30am but it is sometimes possible to book slightly later check-out, please enquire when you book.
